Grounds Maintenance

Your Responsibilities
- Water potted plants daily across the property, both indoors and outdoors
- Apply guidance to determine appropriate watering levels based on plant needs
- Monitor plant condition and identify signs of stress, pests, or general decline
- Perform routine checks to ensure plants are irrigated and properly fed
- Communicate any concerns promptly to the supervisor
- Support general plant care and presentation to maintain a polished, luxury environment
- Handle equipment responsibly and maintain clean work areas
- Perform duties with care to protect surrounding finishes and guest/resident spaces
- Maintain cleanliness and order in guest/resident spaces
About You
- You are passionate about maintenance and guest experience

Must Haves
- Ability to follow direction and apply basic plant care practices
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Physical ability to walk long distances and navigate stairs throughout the day
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions as required
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or plant care
- Basic familiarity with plant health and watering practices
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand up to five (5) hours
- Walking and standing are required, and length of time may vary
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors, and subordinates; use of these senses will occur on a constant basis
- Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
