Job Description
The Senior HR Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leaders, enabling business strategy through enterprise-focused talent management, organizational design, and data-driven workforce decisions. This role operates at a strategic level—anticipating future workforce needs, shaping organizational capability, and using people analytics to influence leadership decisions and outcomes.
The role is responsible for delivering strategic HR leadership across talent management & retention, succession planning, employee relations, performance management and diversity, equity and inclusion. This position will shape and execute enterprise-wide people strategies, drive employee engagement, and enable organizational success through innovative, data-informed HR solutions.
