Sapphire Breakfast – a luxurious take on the continental breakfast with local touches served every morning between 06:30 and 11:00.
Sapphire Bistro – Modern takes on classic dishes designed by our new chef, serving lunch & dinner to both inhouse guests and external visitors.
Sapphire Patio by SCAPA® HOME – The new place to be in Antwerp for Summer 2026 and beyond opened its door in early May ‘26. An Oasis of peace and brilliant service in the historic heart of Antwerp. Designed and laid out by SCAPA® HOME.
What you will do:
Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B department, ensuring the highest standards in planning, presentation and service delivery, at all times.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive departmental performance and consistently achieve business targets.
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a secure and well managed environment for both guests and teams.
Inspire, coach and develop your team to deliver outstanding service, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Maintain rigorous control over departmental staff cost, budgets and expenses, ensuring operational efficiency without compromising quality.
Collaborate closely with other departments such as Meetings & Events and the kitchen to create a seamless guest journey and elevate overall satisfaction.
