Lead and mentor teams through complex operational challenges, building culture, accountability and high performance.
Drive commercial growth for the practice: identify market opportunities, lead business development, and manage utilisation, margin and revenue performance.

Demonstrated experience leading or supporting real-world crisis response, major incidents or high consequence events
Strong understanding of crisis management, incident management, emergency management and operational resilience
Experience operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments requiring executive decision support

Experience contributing to or leading business development and client growth initiatives
Ability to identify market opportunities and help scale a consulting or advisory capability
Comfortable engaging with C-suite stakeholders and developing trusted adviser relationships

Strong people leadership with a calm, credible and solutions-focused style
Ability to build culture, accountability and high performance within teams
Someone who can operate as a future senior leader / second-in-command within the practice
What makes you stand out:
Background in crisis & resilience consulting, critical infrastructure, defence/emergency services, utilities/energy/mining/aviation, or major incident/operational command.
Experience building or scaling resilience capabilities, managing complex stakeholder environments, and leading executive‑level exercises.
Calm under pressure with strong communicator skills, trusted‑adviser presence, and a growth‑oriented, proactive mindset.
