In this role, you will lead the strategic direction and operational success of a high-performing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practice. You will be responsible for shaping delivery excellence, driving financial performance, and ensuring consistent execution across consulting, solution architecture, development, and project management teams. This is a senior leadership position with significant influence over both business outcomes and technical delivery standards. You will oversee Practice Managers while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. The role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on leadership, including involvement in SOW review, utilization management, and escalation resolution. You will also play a key role in identifying capability gaps and strengthening team skillsets to support evolving client needs.
