Job Description
Ruder Finn is seeking a Manager, Social & Influencer Strategy to join our growing Digital team. This person should have a genuine interest in digital marketing and hands-on experience supporting influencer programs, creator partnerships, social content development, campaign activation, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, detail-oriented, and excited to help bring influencer-led campaigns to life across social platforms.
As a Manager, Social & Influencer Strategy, you will support the day-to-day execution of influencer and creator campaigns, from research and outreach to content coordination, approvals, tracking, and reporting. You’ll work alongside industry experts, cross-functional teams, partners, and practice groups across the country and globally to help develop and activate social and influencer programs for leading brands. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in influencer marketing who is ready to grow their strategic skills, build client-facing experience, and take on more responsibility across campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Support influencer marketing initiatives, including creator research, outreach, vetting, coordination, content review, and maintaining tracking systems
Manage day-to-day execution of influencer content across a network of creators, subject matter experts, and brand partners, including timeline management, deliverable tracking, and asset organization
Help identify influencer partners aligned with campaign objectives, audience needs, brand values, and platform best practices
Coordinate with influencers, internal teams, studios, and external partners to ensure smooth execution across timelines, deliverables, and content requirements
Review influencer content for accuracy, brand alignment, required disclosures, and platform-specific best practices
Package and finalize content to ensure inclusion of required elements, such as overlays, disclosures, disclaimers, and brand or legal requirements, while maintaining authenticity
Support content submission and review processes, including tracking asset status, feedback, revisions, and approvals
Attend review calls, synthesize stakeholder feedback, and help implement updates across content and assets
Assist with setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns, including A/B message testing, audience segmentation, and compiling performance reports; Meta experience preferred
Help gather and organize campaign data for client reporting, with exposure to platform analytics and Google Analytics/GA4
Monitor social channels and support community management, responding to routine inquiries and flagging key issues
Participate in internal and client meetings to support strategy development, creative ideation, influencer recommendations, and campaign activation
Stay informed on creator trends, platform updates, influencer marketing best practices, and emerging social tools to help inform campaign ideas and performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media studies, advertising, or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, or integrated communications
Hands-on experience supporting influencer campaigns, creator partnerships, content coordination, or social campaign execution
Experience researching, vetting, and coordinating with influencers or creators across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, or similar channels
Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, such as Tagger or similar platforms, is a plus
Experience managing content review, approval workflows, stakeholder feedback, and asset tracking
Experience with Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager preferred; additional platform experience is a plus
Familiarity with platform analytics, social reporting, and campaign performance metrics
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Understanding of compliant, accurate, and brand-safe content development; experience in regulated industries is a plus
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and eager to learn, with strong communication and collaboration skills
Passionate about digital trends, social platforms, creator marketing, and emerging tools

The anticipated salary range for this position, at the time of posting, is $67,000 – $83,000. The salary of the applicant selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, internal equity, geography, relevant years of experience, certifications, skills, abilities of the selected applicant, and other job-related qualifications. In addition, a range of medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available by the company.
