Responsibilities (Obligation to ensure that the action is taken):

Perform all tests/jobs/surveys/inspections/witnessing/sampling and/or assist in all tests/jobs/surveys/inspections/witnessing/sampling as instructed by Operations Executive/Officer in Charge/Branch Manager/Business Development Manager/Laboratory Manager.
Ensure all test results/reports are in order, error free and are submitted promptly.
Manage, maintain, and take care of lab, lab equipment/apparatus, supplies, documents, records, files and assets.
Update Operations Executive/Officer in Charge/Branch Manager/Business Development Manager/Laboratory Manager on regular basis on status of test/job/shipment/witnessing before, during and after.
To provide full assistance to Operations Executive/Officer in Charge/Branch Manager/Business Development Manager/Laboratory Manager in resolving problems/customers’ complaints.
To ensure no delay in attending test/job/shipment/witnessing and be present at workplace, terminal and ship at all times.
To ensure error free measurements and calculations.
To ensure that mobile phones on 24 hours a day and to answer all calls received promptly.
To carry out investigation on loss/gain/contamination etc when required.
To Collect all necessary supporting documents from vessel/terminal/workplace.
To prepare and submit all documents promptly to vessel, terminal, and office.
Ensure company’s Quality and HSE requirements are always compiled.
