Job Description
- Partner with xWS tech leaders to define and execute end-to-end Tech and AI roadmaps for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Identify critical business problems, distilling complex data into core issues and actionable, high-impact strategic recommendations.
- Secure cross-functional buy-in across a large, matrixed organization, effectively landing solutions with executive stakeholders and leadership.
- Launch organizational change plans for long-term initiatives, skillfully pivoting strategy based on stakeholder feedback and evolving needs.
- Drive simultaneous execution of multiple initiatives while preemptively mitigating risks and collaborating across Google product areas.
