Concierge Home Care is hiring a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse (RN). This modified full-time role is designed for nurses who want more flexibility, fewer workdays, and higher earning potential—without sacrificing patient care quality.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Pay-per-visit model: $45-$50 (competitive, based on experience) 
• Average earnings: $80,000 – $95,000+ annually

Your Role as a Home Health RN

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting 
• Develop and manage individualized care plans 
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient/caregiver education 
• Administer treatments and monitor patient condition 
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams 
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed 
• Complete accurate, timely documentation using streamlined tools

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license 
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance 
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
