Assistant Director Nursing

Las Ventanas, a HumanGood Community - located in Las Vegas, Nevada The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) supports the Director of Nursing (DON) in planning, directing, organizing, and evaluating nursing services to meet the total needs of the residents; ensures an efficient health facility operation in cooperation with other departments and in compliance with state and federal regulations. The Infection Preventionist (IP) component is responsible for the facility infection prevention and control program (IPCP) which is designed to provide a safe, sanitary and comfortable environment , and to help prevent development and transmission of communicable diseases and infections.
Strong wound care knowledge and IP Certification strongly preferred. Full Time - Exempt $90,000 to $110,000 DOE
