Job Description
What you’ll do
- Oversees and leads crews to complete installation, maintenance, and/or repair of telecommunications equipment and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety in the completion of daily production goals
- Supervises day to day activities and progress, establish guidance on execution and ensure compliance with predetermined deliverables
- Coordinates with manager to invoice jobs in a timely manner
- Ensures all safety policies, OSHA, DOT and special requirements of a project are in compliance with each crew assignment
- All accident investigations, including job damage, employee injury and vehicle accidents will be responsibility of the Supervisor
- Responsbility for professional communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist in an assigned area, department or project
- Identifies and course corrects issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve
- Assures compliance with all company safey policies
- Responsible for staffing, training and performance managing employees with help of Human Resources
- Manages equipment repair, maintenance and rental with help of Fleet department
- Interfaces with customers frequently to discuss needs and goals
