About the role
We are looking for an organised and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role is perfect if you enjoy variety-one day you might be organizing a sales promotion, the next you’re helping to deliver our marketing communications or coordinate a tradeshow or handling the essential admin tasks that keep everything running smoothly.

What will you do?
Own the creation and execution of our quarterly promotional calendar. Partner with sales managers and external distributors to plan campaigns, source high-value giveaways, and run promotions from start to finish.
Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships including sales, marketing services, and product management demonstrating effective and positive stakeholder management.
Coordinate closely with our external creative agency and in-house distributor design teams to brief, review, and deliver high-impact promotional assets.
Assist the wider team with events, trade shows, marketing communications, and essential administration (including invoicing and internal event organisation).
Support day‑to‑day client communication and campaign activity.
Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Customer Insights module to support delivery of targeted email marketing campaigns and manage customer communications.
Represent Aliaxis NZ and Marley in a professional manner where required at nominated trade and industry events.
Ensure that all programs are developed and executed based on solid strategy, with a continual focus on maximising client ROI.
Provide general administrative support to GM - Marketing and the marketing team.
What We're Looking For:
Relevant qualifications in Marketing or Communications
2–3 years of hands-on marketing experience, with a strong background in trade promotions and loyalty programs- preferably within the building or construction sector
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential; experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms is an advantage
High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
