Job Description

Job Id:  514 # of Openings:  1
Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our Admiral CNC plant is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to help guide our 2nd shift team. In this role, you’ll lead process improvements, coach and support your team, and make a direct impact on production goals—without ever compromising on safety or quality.

We’re looking for someone who can balance the big picture with the day-to-day: improving processes, keeping production on track, and motivating people to do their best work. If you enjoy problem-solving, building strong teams, and leading by example, this is the role for you.

Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 3am. 2nd shift employees receive 11.5% shift premium on all hours worked.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support your production team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor and improve efficiency at each station of the CNC manufacturing process.
  • Keep communication open between employees, management, and other departments.
  • Coach employees on performance, attendance, safety, and company policies.
  • Enforce company and regulatory safety standards, maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Plan and oversee department activities, including staffing and scheduling.
  • Participate in interviews and other personnel decisions.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and continuous improvement opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, with CNC experience strongly preferred.
  • 4+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
  • Strong leadership qualities: reliable attendance, positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and ability to build strong team relationships.

Physical Requirements:
Generally, 75% of the normal work shift requires standing bending, squatting, and climbing while running production, inspecting work and machines, and checking procedures.
Parts must be lifted, pulled, pushed, and held in place, without benefit of material handling devices due to limited space and confined areas in and around machines.

Safety-Sensitive Designation:
Jobs which involve one or more tasks or duties that could affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task or others are considered safety-sensitive. This position is safety-sensitive because, in addition to the essential functions, it also involves performing one or more of the following essential tasks or duties:
  • The handling, packaging, processing, storage, disposal or transport of hazardous material
  • The operation of a motor vehicle, other vehicle, equipment, machinery or power tools
  • Repairing, maintaining or monitoring the performance or operation of any equipment, machinery or manufacturing process, the malfunction or disruption of which could result in injury or property damage
  • The operation, maintenance or oversight of critical services and infrastructure including, but not limited to, electric, gas, and water utilities, power generation or distribution.
  • The extraction, compression, processing, manufacturing, handling, packaging, storage, disposal, treatment or transport of potentially volatile, flammable, combustible materials, elements, chemicals or any other highly regulated component.
