Brother Vertical Mill – Small vertical mill, dedicated setup, Fanuc controls (Low level)

HAAS Vertical Mill & Horizontal Lathe Cell – 3-axis vertical mill paired with 2-axis horizontal lathe, dedicated setup, HAAS controls (Mid level)
3rd Shift

HAAS VF-5 – 3-axis vertical mill with Midaco 2-pallet system, dedicated setup, HAAS controls (Low to Mid level)

HAAS TL-1 – 2-axis horizontal lathe, dedicated setup, HAAS controls (Low to Mid level)

HAAS ST-25 – 2-axis small horizontal lathe, HAAS controls (Mid level)
- Set up, operate, and maintain multi-axis CNC machines with minimal supervision.
- Load and secure parts, fixtures, and tools accurately on machines.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T specs, and machining instructions.
- Perform machine setups, including:
- Loading fixtures and tools
- Selecting and loading the correct program
- Setting work coordinates and tool offsets
- Sizing in first article using measurement tools
- Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators to ensure parts meet strict specifications.
- Identify and select correct materials for each job.
- Troubleshoot operational and programming issues in real-time.
- Own your work center—maintaining high quality, speed, and organization.
- 2+ years CNC machining experience.
- Demonstrated ability to read and act on blueprints and part tolerances.
- Ability to meet assigned run times and respond quickly to changing demands.
- Proven track record of reliability and accountability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail, with pride in craftsmanship.
