Job Description
Position Summary...
What you'll do...
- Build and manage relationships with executive clients and stakeholders.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the clients business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Shape annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success.
- Plan and achieve annual and incremental growth goals through the presentation of Walmart advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives.
- Conduct forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and present high-impact opportunities to customers.
- Collaborate closely with account management partners, demonstrating strong backend knowledge and the ability to lean in and ensure smooth operations.
- Travel as required to meet with brand teams, shopper marketing teams and agencies.
- A Bachelors degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent professional industry experience.
- 6 years quota-carrying digital sales experience
- Expertise in WMC products and Paid Search digital media solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills.
- A strong ability to propose creative technologies across a landscape of decision-makers and align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
- A strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment.
- Executive presence and experience developing content for and leading CMO-level meetings
- A passion for driving business results for companies.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.Option 2: Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
Option 3: 5 years’ experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
