Job Description
| Experience in handling engineering efforts for Aero structure Assemblies (Sheet metal, Machining, Assemblies and Tooling). |
| Integrating engineering team efforts with program and production priorities. |
| Experience in preparing the FLT/LOB as per the program/customer requirements and till execution. |
| Manufacturing knowledge for Sheet Metal and Assembiles. Should have handled complex parts and major assembly projects . |
| Process improvements, Lead time reduction, continual improvement. |
| Should have experience of working on SAP S4 HANA ,AUTO CAD and CATIA. |
| Knowledge of GD& T and tolerance of sheet metal components. |
| Knowledge of Detail parts and Assembly tooling |
| Lead meetings & effective communication |
| Configuration Management and Accuracy of documentation of overall process and compliance. |
| PFMEA, APQP |
| AS9100 knowledge & QMS Audits preparation. |
