Job Description

General Overview

 

 

Dental Hygienist – Tangletown Dental
$20,000 Sign‑On Bonus • Amazing Benefits package • Full‑Time (Mon–Thurs)
 
 
 
Compensation: $50/hr – $60/hr (based on experience) + lucrative hygiene bonus program
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00am–4:00pm
Sign‑On Bonus: $20,000

Responsibilities

 

 

Your Impact as a Dental Hygienist
 
As a vital clinical partner, you will elevate patient health by providing preventive care, education, and a seamless clinical experience. Your responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing and updating X‑rays, chart notes, and maintaining related equipment
  • Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims
  • Maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance
  • Sterilizing instruments and managing hygiene supplies
  • Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing
  • Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants
  • Educating patients on oral health and the mouth‑body connection
  • Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment

 


Qualifications

 

 

What You Bring
  • Open to New grads or Experienced hygienists
  • Current certification from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A compassionate, patient‑centered approach
  • Ability to connect with diverse patient populations
  • Familiarity with Denticon preferred (but not required)
