• Planung, Aufbau und Durchführung unterschiedlicher Veranstaltungen

• Ansprechpartner und Berater für unsere Gäste & Kunden

• Durchführung von Verkaufsmaßnahmen und Angebotserstellung

• Erstellung von Rechnungen und Pflege der Buchungssysteme

3-Jährige Ausbildung zum Beispiel in folgenden Abteilungen:

• Veranstaltungsservice & Catering

• Veranstaltungskoordination

• Einkauf / Lager & Logistik

• Finanz- & Rechnungswesen

• Sales & Marketing

• Convention & Event

• Service, Stage Management, Ticket-Counter bei „Stars in Concert”

• Veranstaltungstechnik

Voraussetzungen:

• Abitur mit guten Noten

• Aufgeschlossenes Auftreten und perfekte Umgangsformen

• Service- und zahlenorientiertes Denken

• Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Word und Excel

• Gute Englischkenntnisse

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
