Ihre Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung der operativen Teams im täglichen Hotel- und F&B-Betrieb
- Mitarbeit bei der Eröffnung und dem Aufbau der gastronomischen Bereiche des Estrel Towers
- Sicherstellung eines hochwertigen Gäste- und Serviceerlebnisses
- Aktive Mitarbeit in verschiedenen F&B-Outlets und Veranstaltungsbereichen
- Analyse und Optimierung von Service- und Arbeitsabläufen
- Unterstützung bei Inventuren, Forecasts sowie KPI-Auswertungen
- Mitarbeit bei Events, Sonderveranstaltungen und der Betreuung von VIP-Gästen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Schnittstellenbereichen sowie schrittweise Übernahme erster Führungsverantwortung
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Hotelmanagement, Tourismus, Hospitality oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit erster Berufserfahrung
- Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie von Vorteil
- Leidenschaft für Food, Beverage und gehobene Gastlichkeit
- Ausgeprägte Service- und Gastgebermentalität
- Strukturierte, organisierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und professionelles Auftreten
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Flexibilität im operativen Hotelalltag
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Interesse an persönlicher Weiterentwicklung und Führungsverantwortung
