Overview The candidate actively participates in tasks related to the successful reconciliation of advertising campaigns for clients and agencies, which range in complexity and volume, always seeking efficiency, precision, and the minimum level of error possible. Responsibilities Handles Low Profile accounts Will be assisting with all Onshore (Investment and/or Vendor) Communication Prepare and distribute missing and matched invoice reports Secure missing invoices Prepare, distribute, and manage RNO Reports using IPS Workflow Prepare RFI templates, Cost auditing buys based on completed RFI’s Work with vendors to revise invoices Send any RNO invoices to the Activation team when requested Update and request missing invoices from the Google Statement Request revised invoices to the corresponding contacts in each Radio station and/or Cable representative Clear discrepancies within Network, Estimate, and Status Qualifications MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years of experience in billing Great communication skills Attention to detail & accuracy Proactiveness Excellent organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines Continuous learning Collaborating with others Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Self-sufficiency Microsoft Office: Excel GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS /KNOWLEDGE: Strong communicator: Clearly presents insights to strategists, planners, and buyers. Process improvement: Focused on optimizing workflows. Project management: Manages initiatives and shares best practices. Quality assurance: Ensures accuracy and consistency in all work.
