Job Description
Minimum Qualification:
• Namibian Citizenship;
• NQF level 7 tertiary qualification.
• 1 Year of work experience
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and under pressure; and
• Excellent communicator with a passion for customer service and relationship building.
• Previous experience in a call centre environment or involvement in activations will be an added advantage.
Job Description:
• Respond to leads generated from Marketing campaigns for quoting;
• Follow up on current policy cancellations for re-quote purposes;
• Re-approach previous policy cancellations;
• Quote on intra-group and other referrals;
• Attending to all inbound calls pertaining to quote requests;
• Ensuring all complex queries are escalated when necessary;
• Logging all customer queries and keeping record of all steps taken to resolve issues to completion;
• Monitoring and responding to customers via email when required;
• Performing additional duties and responsibilities as required:
• Accountable for service delivery through own efforts; and living the company values.
