At ABI Resources, we provide comprehensive support to individuals recovering from brain injuries, strokes, and TBIs. Our team's commitment is to enhance the quality of life for our clients in the comfort of their homes.
As a Supervisor Support Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our clients. You will be leading a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of compassion, excellence, and continuous learning.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of care provided, adhering to policies and best practices.
Training and Development: Facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members.
Client Relations: Work closely with clients and families to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Administrative Duties: Oversee scheduling, staff evaluations, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within healthcare or disability support services.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Empathy and ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
Requirements: Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of insurance. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Professional Friendship: Establish a healthy, supportive bond with clients.
Daily Living Assistance: Help with personal hygiene, dressing, and maintaining a clean, organized living space.
Health and Wellness Management: Coordinate and attend medical appointments, encourage consistent exercise, and facilitate social activities.
Joining ABI Resources - What You Need:
Experience: Preferably 1 year in disability care (not mandatory).
Requirements: Valid driver's license, personal car, proof of insurance, and minimum age of 18.
References: Provide a recommendation from a personal or professional contact.
