The D341 Structural Welding Engineering Construction Support group provides technical support and regulatory services to Electric Boat’s Quonset Point (QP) facility core business, welding. D341 retains technical cognizance of and provides interpretation to procedures and specifications, as well as regulates the welding program as a whole by directly integrating with all related customers.
