Waters is seeking an experienced Data Platforms BI & Reporting Manager to lead the strategy, development, governance, and operations of enterprise reporting solutions. This role combines people leadership, Power BI expertise (development + administration), SAP S/4HANA Datasphere experience, business analysis, and domain knowledge in Bioscience & Lifescience.The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a leadership or management role, with demonstrated capability to lead and mentor senior BI and analytics developers.
