Digital Product Management Team
ZS’s Digital Products Team partners with clients across industries (LifeSciences, MedTech, Health Plans, Hospitality and more) to envision, create, and deliver impactful digital products and services. We take a full-stack approach to innovation, build and growth to create technology-powered, evidence-based products that users love and adopt and drive transformative value for our clients and ZS. Our work spans a wide of digital solution archetypes including digital health products (e.g., patient companion apps, shared decision-making tools, clinical decision support), Software-as-a-medical device (SaMD) (e.g, digital therapeutics, connected devices), custom digital applications (e.g. enterprise platforms, analytics and reporting tools), AI products (e.g. chatbots and agents) and CRM products (configurations and custom applications atop CRM platforms).
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with ZS team members and client stakeholders to support the design and delivery of digital and technology solutions that address key business needs.
- Help analyze business and user problems and assist in translating them into clear functional and technical
.
- Support digital product efforts by contributing to product documentation, user stories, and basic artifacts (e.g., user journeys or process flows).
- Work closely with developers and analysts to support the implementation, configuration, and testing of technology solutions.
- Participate in Agile or waterfall delivery activities, including development reviews, testing, and quality assurance.
- Build foundational knowledge of CRM platforms and digital technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva) and support stakeholder communications and solution adoption.
What you’ll bring:
- Current enrollment in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program with strong academic performance in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Veeva) and functionalities
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex business challenges and translate them into effective technology solutions by leveraging data-driven insights
- Knowledge of working in Agile/SCRUM environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting findings and technical details clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- Aptitude for rapid learning and a proactive approach to adapting new technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
