This is not a feature-team role focused on shipping isolated product functionality. You will work on a shared UI platform that defines how all company products look, feel, and scale. Your success will be measured by the quality, consistency, and adoption of the UI Kit and design system across teams, with a strong focus on long-term architecture, developer experience, and close collaboration with product design. If you鈥檙e looking for deep ownership and company-wide impact, this role is a great fit, however, if you prefer working within a single product team delivering features, it likely isn鈥檛.
