A hands-on strategic role for someone who wants to launch and scale a new B2B product in crypto, blockchain, payments, and fintech. This role combines commercial strategy, business development, and product thinking from market validation and go-to-market planning to B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Bizdev, and other teams to turn market opportunities into a scalable product line.

The role key success factors:

  • Strong B2B pipeline with first clients, partners, or pilots.

  • Effective conversion of client feedback into product improvements.

  • Measurable impact on revenue, adoption, and business growth.

Must-Have Criteria

A candidate is considered relevant if they have:

  • Experience in fintech, crypto, blockchain, payments, or digital assets;

  • Experience working with B2B products;

  • Understanding of the B2B sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, pitching, negotiations, and closing;

  • Participation in the launch of a new product, area, or market entry;

  • Ability to translate client requirements into product requirements;

  • Understanding of revenue, pricing, pipeline, conversion, and product-market fit.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Own the launch of a new product in the company’s product portfolio.

  • Define commercial strategy, target segments, value proposition, and go-to-market plan.

  • Identify and validate B2B customer needs, market opportunities, and use cases.

  • Be prepared to discuss product functionality and priorities

  • Resolve blockers and dependencies on other departments

  • Translate market feedback and client requests into product requirements and roadmap priorities.

  • Work closely with the Product team on MVP launch, feature prioritization, and product improvements.

  • Prepare commercial proposals, pitch materials, business cases, and sales enablement materials.

  • Track key business metrics: pipeline, conversion, revenue potential, product adoption, and client feedback.

  • Develop relationships with clients, partners, fintech companies, crypto businesses, payment providers, and institutional players.


Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, commercial strategy, product management, or business ownership roles.

  • Experience in crypto, blockchain, payments, fintech, digital assets, or related B2B technology products.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, client acquisition, lead generation, negotiations, and partnership development.

  • Proven ability to build relationships with business clients and turn market opportunities into commercial traction.

  • Product management skills: requirement gathering, prioritization, roadmap input, MVP delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Ability to understand client needs and convert them into clear product and business requirements.

  • Strong commercial mindset with focus on revenue, client value, and product-market fit.

  • Analytical thinking and ability to work with business metrics, market data, and sales funnel performance.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent English.


Nice to have:
  • Experience launching a B2B product from scratch.

  • Experience with solutions like Cryptoprocessing or Fireblocks

  • Existing network in crypto, fintech, payments, exchanges, wallets, OTC, or institutional digital assets.

  • Experience with enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or key account management.

  • Understanding of blockchain infrastructure, crypto payments, custody, exchanges, liquidity, or payment processing.

  • Basic knowledge of AML/KYC, compliance, risk, or regulated financial products.
