Job Description
- Oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring material delivery aligns with forecasted capacity and deployment schedules across network locations.
- Execute timely order placement and supply-demand balancing while proactively mitigating demand upsides and fulfillment risks for 90–180 day horizons.
- Lead supply-aware re-prioritization efforts with customers to navigate competing demands and ensure last-mile delivery remains off the critical path.
- Manage open order book reviews and cross-functional partnerships with global logistics and data center teams to guarantee on-time shipping and delivery.
- Identify root causes of operational bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and track key metrics to ensure high-visibility performance in a fast-paced environment. Utilize ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, O9) for data-driven daily decision-making while driving workflows through collaborative stakeholders and vendor engagement.
