JOB DESCRIPTION:
Initiates and perform Building Maintenance, Sustaining Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance activities as scheduled, inspection, monitoring evaluation to effectively utilize all facilities machines and equipment with minimum breakdown but in full efficiency.
Initiates and monitor cost reduction facility like power, water, air, etc. by attending and fixing any discrepancies in our plant. Recommend necessary steps in improving its usage, handling, installing, and or function to achieve our goals and objectives.
Provides unlimited support to production by ensuring our machines and equipment are in good condition, reliable, that will exceed the quality as expected by our internal and external customers.
Performs effective troubleshooting of minor or major machine failure/breakdown in a short period of time possible.
Monitors parameters set by the machine/equipment manufacturer versus actual readings on monitoring sheets to determine operating condition and abnormalities.
Check, verify and evaluate proposed location prior to the installation, modification, transfer, relocation of machines and equipment based on the approved plan or layout.
Monitors consumable materials or items, non-stock spare parts, recommends spare parts for requisition, withdraw, check and evaluate spare parts received or delivered.
Logs daily accomplishments at communication logbook and endorses unfinished task to succeeding shifts.
Coordinates with the Departments concerns, scheduled work, repair, troubleshooting and other activities for Facilities related works, new paperless FAC-WAT Request or as instructed by the immediate superior.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Engineering Technology major in Electronics or Electromechanical Technology or Bachelor of Civil Engineering
Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
Good technical writing and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
