Your new role
As a Learning and Development Intern, you will support the team in designing and delivering learning experiences that empower employees across Novo Nordisk Indonesia to thrive. It's a hands-on opportunity to learn how L&D shapes culture and capability – while contributing to programmes that have a direct impact on how our people grow and perform.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning, coordination and execution of learning programmes, workshops and engagement activities
- Assisting in developing learning content and materials, including presentations, guides, e-learning assets and communications
- Supporting to facilitate sessions and engage participants, ensuring a positive and impactful learning experience
- Conducting research on learning trends, tools and best practices, and translating insights into recommendations for the team
- Collaborating cross-functionally with People & Organisation colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives meet real needs
Internship duration: 3 August 2026 – 5 February 2027, based in Jakarta. Internship allowance provided

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a curious, proactive and people-oriented individual who is excited to learn how learning and development drives culture and capability. You will bring with you:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree programme in any field from a reputable university
- Strong interest in human interaction and engagement, with proven experience through internships, part-time roles or volunteer activities
- Experience in facilitation and interpersonal roles (e.g. trainer, workshop facilitator), with confidence engaging diverse audiences
- High level of curiosity and the ability to independently seek out relevant information, data and resources
- Basic design skills and proficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
