About the RoleYou will play a key role in shaping how we hire, develop, and retain B2B sales talent through data. You’ll turn complex datasets into clear insights that influence hiring profiles, onboarding strategies, and overall talent performance.
This role sits at the intersection of talent, data, and business strategy. You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Data Engineering, and business leaders to ensure decisions are grounded in real performance outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Lead Performance Studies (50%)
- You will gather and connect datasets across performance, candidate profiles, training outcomes, and attrition
- You will clean, validate, and structure data for analysis
- You will run statistical analyses (correlation, regression, ANOVA, exploratory analysis)
- You will translate findings into clear insights tied to performance, ramp, and retention
- You will deliver structured reports with actionable recommendations within a 5–7 week timeline
Build Talent Dashboards (15%)
- You will build and maintain B2B Sales Talent dashboards (Domo preferred)
- You will translate complex data into simple, actionable visual insights
- You will partner with Data Engineering and TA teams to ensure data access and alignment on metrics
- You will continuously improve reporting to reflect evolving business needs
Future-Ready Talent Reporting & Ad Hoc Analysis (35%)
- You will deliver fast-turnaround analyses across headcount, attrition, hiring lead times, training, certifications, and workforce trends
- You will support QBRs and executive reporting with accurate, clear, and actionable data
- You will manage and prioritize incoming reporting requests to ensure timely delivery
- You will compile and analyze client footprint, historical attrition, and regional workforce trends
- You will build executive-ready reports with clear takeaways and recommendations
- You will maintain strong data accuracy, documentation, and governance standards
What You Bring
Technical Skills
- You have strong data analysis skills (Excel required; SQL preferred; Python or R a plus)
- You have experience with BI tools (Domo, Tableau, or Power BI)
- You understand statistical methods (correlation, regression, hypothesis testing, ANOVA)
- You are comfortable working with large, complex datasets
Business & Communication Skills
- You can translate data into clear, actionable insights
- You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You are comfortable supporting executive-level reporting
- You have strong attention to detail and care about data accuracy
Experience
- You have experience in Talent Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or a similar field
- You understand performance-driven environments (B2B sales experience is a plus)
- You are familiar with hiring, onboarding, and attrition metrics

- You deliver high-quality insights that influence hiring and talent strategy
- You consistently meet timelines for reporting and analysis
- Your dashboards are adopted and used by stakeholders
