Job Description

Maintain the Hyperion financial planning and consolidation system to ensure high availability and performance
Support budgeting forecasting consolidation and reporting needs across the organization
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues apply patches and updates as needed
Manage and optimize data integrations transformation rules and system workflows
Document system architecture processes and configurations
Continuously improve existing Hyperion processes for efficiency and reliability
Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs
Design develop and maintain EPM applications metadata forms reports and business rules
Provide insights to enhance financial processes and reporting
Conduct user training and support end users effectively
Troubleshoot EPM application issues and provide ongoing support
Scripting knowledge to some extent to understand existing setup of automations and update them as applicable calc scripts in Planning etc

Qualifications:
Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases
Excellent troubleshooting problem solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills and a client service mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
6 years experience in Oracle EPM 112x Essbase Hyperion Planning Hyperion Financial Reporting Smart View
Experience with Essbase BSOASO calculation scripts and metadata management
Solid understanding of financial planning budgeting and reporting processes
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL Perl Shell Scripts and Power shell
Working experience in LINUX, Windows Environments


SAP Business Object JD:
Manage and maintain enterprise systems including SAP Business Objects SAP Data Services Data Integrator
Develop and maintain Data Integrator Jobs to support data flow across systems
Build and enhance reports using Business Intelligence tools such as SAP Business Objects and Power BI
Hands on experience with SAP Jobs Data Flows and Workflows
Experience in upgrading SAP BO application Universe conversion
Design and Develop new universe in IDT
Convert Universes from UDT to IDT
Strong knowledge of ETL concepts data integration and system architecture
Experience with thick thin and web client application development
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and deliver integrated data and reporting solutions
Provide support and training to users across departments
Ensure secure efficient and scalable solutions across systems

Qualifications:
6 yrs of relevant experience in system support and development with SAP BO 4X
Strong knowledge of ETL concepts data integration and system architecture
Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases
Excellent troubleshooting problem solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills and a client service mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in SQLPLSQL Perl Shell Scripts and Power shell
Working experience in LINUX, Windows Environments
Strong reporting and BI skills using SAP Business Objects Crystal Reports or similar tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team of technical professionals
Incident management and change management tools experience like JIRA ServiceNow

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 80,000 - 90,909.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
