Summary

The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for ensuring Head Start standards, regulations, and Save the Children-Head Start policies and procedures are implemented consistently and in full compliance with all applicable standards across two states which are Oklahoma and Arkansas. You will work as a part of the management team and would be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable State and federal laws, and the implementation of program policies and practices relative to Human Resources, including planning, organizing, developing, coordinating, record keeping, reporting, and monitoring.
