- Play an active role in managing SLA's portfolio of residential State properties.- Involved across key areas including property performance reporting, tenant and lease management, facility coordination, and site inspections.

Responsibilities:
- Analyse property performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Manage tenant relationships, lease administration, and facility management matters
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate property maintenance
- Prepare presentation materials for management meetings
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects related to the management of the real estate portfolio
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management, or a related discipline
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills
