Job Description

[What the role is]

- Play an active role in managing SLA's portfolio of residential State properties.
- Involved across key areas including property performance reporting, tenant and lease management, facility coordination, and site inspections.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects related to the broader real estate portfolio.
- Ideal for candidates with a background in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management, or a similar field.

[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse property performance metrics and prepare regular reports
  • Manage tenant relationships, lease administration, and facility management matters
  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate property maintenance
  • Prepare presentation materials for management meetings
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects related to the management of the real estate portfolio

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management, or a related discipline
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities effectively
