Agent Development Director

The Agent Development Director is responsible for driving top-line revenue growth through the development of agent partnerships and the acquisition of new customer business. This role owns revenue outcomes generated by both agent production and customer freight by targeting key partnerships to drive scalable, profitable growth across CRST’s Flatbed and brokerage offerings.
