CIVIL FOREMAN
Job Description
• Must be able to read and interpret project engineering drawings.
• Responsible for recording and maintaining daily time sheets for Craftsmen under his immediate supervision.
• Prepare reports, manpower loading chart and 30-90 day look-ahead work schedules.
• Understand job procedures for ordering tools and materials.
• Familiar with all company safety procedures regulations and strictly enforces them with the workforce under his supervision.
• Planning and coordinating job, ordering materials and managing manpower to ensure the job is completed on time and within the budget.
• Plan, organize and coordinate building projects from start to finish.
• Candidate must possess at least High School diploma with management and technical experience or an Associate's Degree in construction management.
• Male not more than 40 years old.
• TESDA Certified in Masonry or Carpentry or equivalent certification is required for this position.
• With related working experience in the same field is required for this position.
• Supervisory experience as well as an understanding of carpentry, plumbing and/or electrical work is required.
• Effectively communicate orally and in writing, with good comprehension.
• Apply good problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Manage differences and diversity at the work site.
• Organize and delegate work.
• Handle the administrative duties of position, including completion of required documents.
