Job Description
The IT User Support Engineer I provides frontline technical support for desktops, laptops, communications hardware/software, and office systems across UCT’s Israel operations. This role responds to requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues, escalating urgent matters, and assisting with user training. It manages deployments, tracks resolutions, and supports networked devices and remote access setups. With strong communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills, the engineer ensures reliable IT services, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
