Specialist, Educator Development - INTERNAL CANDIDATES ONLY

Supports leadership in the design and delivery of systemic professional learning across the organization, with a specific focus on high expectations for students and staff. Supports professional development and training that enhances the academic achievement of the diverse student population and the development of a diverse workforce. Provides professional development to Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) stakeholders on a broad range of topics related to high expectations teaching, opportunity and belonging, and the development of equitable, universally designed work and learning environments. Supports and coaches’ system and school leaders to build capacity in communication, customer service, relationship building, problem solving and mutual accountability.
