Resident Health Services Coordinator (Bella Terra-1290/Cochrane Village-1363)

This position is for a full-time Resident Health Services Coordinator position to work at Bella Terra and Cochrane Village, a 40-unit and 96-unit affordable housing property in Morgan Hill, CA. Qualified Candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in social services, public health, or related field. 3 to 5 years’ experience in human services, community-based work, CHW roles, including at least two years’ experience with supportive housing or social services.  Must have valid DL and DMV clearance. Salary range: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $25.00 - $31.00 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
