Job Description
Overview About Business Unit: SaaSOps leads post-production support and the overall experience of Epsilon PeopleCloud products for our global clients. This function is responsible for product support, incident management, managed operations and the automation of processes. The team has successfully incubated and mainstreamed Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) as a practice, to ensure reliable product operations on a global scale. Plus, the team is actively leading the adoption of AI in operations (AIOps) and recently launched AI-driven self-service capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and improve client experiences. The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting deliverables for Epsilon’s homegrown products. This role involves building scalable applications, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across both frontend and backend technologies, along with a solid understanding of system architecture, databases, and cloud platforms. Analyze, triage, replicate, test, and troubleshoot product issues, ensuring timely resolution. Develop and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Provide technical workarounds and recommendations to internal teams and clients where required. Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to drive issue resolution and product improvements. Understand and prioritize issues based on severity, impact, and risk. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Drive issues to closure through effective stakeholder communication and coordination. Document technical designs, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for knowledge sharing. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies based on organizational needs. Ensure adherence to SLA targets for development deliverables, issue resolution, and documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role. Experience working on customer-facing applications and handling production support scenarios. Proven experience in troubleshooting web-based UI and backend application issues. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical scenarios. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred. Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration skills. Technical Skills & Competencies: Strong experience in Java or .NET for backend development. Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (frameworks like React/Angular preferred). Hands-on experience with RHEL/Linux-based systems. Strong knowledge of Oracle DB and ability to write medium to complex SQL queries. Experience working with AWS cloud services. Proficiency in Shell/Perl scripting (Ansible exposure is a plus). Understanding of API integrations, Webhooks, and microservices architecture. Working knowledge of networking concepts and communication protocols. Familiarity with ETL processes and tools. Understanding of system performance monitoring and optimization. Knowledge of ITIL framework and support processes is an added advantage.
