This year, we’re excited to welcome a cohort of early-career talent to join our UK Intern Programme. Running for twelve weeks from mid-September, the internship is designed to give you a unique introduction to the world of communications and life at one of the industry’s leading global agencies. Programme participants will gain hands-on exposure to campaigns and communications work for some of the world’s most recognisable brands, while rotating across two specialties that may include Corporate Reputation, Brand, Tech, Public Affairs, Health, Creator Marketing, Data & Analytics and Digital.

From creative storytelling and earned media to digital strategy and data-driven insights, you’ll experience the breadth of integrated communications and see how different specialisms come together to deliver impactful work — providing a strong foundation to kickstart a career in the industry.

You’ll gain insight into a variety of communications disciplines, including:

About you:

This programme is designed to show you various aspects of how a global communications consultancy operates, enabling you to build your knowledge and experience. We don’t expect you to have all the answers today — what matters most is your enthusiasm for a career in communications, your curiosity and willingness to learn from others, and your eagerness to explore new platforms, including AI tools.

  What you’ll receive in return:

  • Competitive salary

  • Hybrid working set-up

  • A line manager who helps you to set objectives that empower you to achieve your goals for the internship

  • A buddy to help you settle in, learn the ropes and feel supported throughout your internship

  • Training sessions designed to build your understanding of the communications industry, covering topics such as media relations, press material development, social and digital communications, research and insights, AI and emerging trends in communications, Trust and reputation, and more.

  •  Activities including team socials and meetups

  • An opportunity to network with different specialists.

Applications will close on Monday the 22nd of June, early application is advised. The Internship will run from the 14th of September until the 4th of December. You will need to be available to work from our offices in London three days a week.

In order to complete your application, please expect a follow-up email with additional information and application questions. We encourage you to provide original, authentic responses that reflect your personal perspective and experience.

We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
