Key Responsibilities:
 

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.

• Develop platform-specific strategies aligned with client objectives and
campaign goals.

• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments.

• Ensure efficient budget allocation to maximize ROI, stakeholder & partnership management.

• Drive brand partnerships and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and
external stakeholders.

• Coordinate with media publications and platform partners for campaign amplification.

• Act as a key point of contact for campaign-related communication.
 

Analytics & Reporting

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using relevant tools and dashboards.

• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve ongoing and
future campaigns.

• Present reports and performance updates to internal teams and clients.


Key Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in paid media/performance marketing
(Digital marketing or PR agency preferred)

• Hands-on experience with:

o Google Ads

o Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)

o LinkedIn Campaign Manager

o X (Twitter) Ads

• Strong understanding of paid media channels and social media ecosystems.

• Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end—from planning to execution and reporting.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
