Job Description

Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for supporting daily operations by ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance across various facilities. This role aims to provide quality cleaning services according established standards at high quality level to ensure business performance objectives and KPIs are achieved and reputation is maintained consistently.

Major Tasks

  • Maintain daily operations by providing excellent cleaning services to keep all functional areas, equipment, and utensils clean, following the cleaning schedules and/or instructions of superiors to meet the Club's standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness through on-the-spot cleaning, handle cleaning equipment to manage the standard clean process, and maintain a reasonable stock of guest amenities.
  • Report any maintenance deficiencies, lost items, or other issues to the Supervisor.
  • Maintain good working relationships with team members and other departments while performing additional duties as assigned, focusing on service excellence and resource efficiency.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Education

Qualifications

Experience

A minimum of 1 year relevant experience in related fields.
