Role Summary

PTW is hiring a Pipefitter Journeyperson to join our team in the Lower Mainland. This role is ideal for a certified tradesperson ready to take on a leadership position, guiding crews and ensuring safe, high-quality execution of piping projects. You will play a key role in interpreting drawings, coordinating field activities, and setting standards for safety and craftsmanship on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a crew of pipefitters to ensure safe and efficient project execution
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide installation and repair work
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades on-site
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to crew members
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and stakeholders
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on all job sites

Qualifications / Requirements

• Journeyperson Pipefitter certification
• Minimum 5+ years of pipefitting experience
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork
• Valid First Aid certification
• ESC Fall Protection certification
• H2S Alive certification
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Must be local to the Lower Mainland, BC area

Job Details

• Shift: Monday to Friday
• Overtime: Available occasionally
• Travel: Local position (no travel required)
