Role Summary
We are seeking a Branch Administrator to join our team in the Lower Mainland, BC region. This role involves supporting daily branch operations through administrative coordination, accounting support, payroll processing, and project documentation management. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a variety of documentation requirements, including site-specific correspondence
• Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Perform project and site-specific accounting functions including AP, AR, monthly reconciliations, month-end support, and general accounting duties
• Ensure all timesheets, payroll updates, and payroll-related issues are completed daily
• Prepare shipping and courier documentation
• Coordinate receipt and processing of submittals from subcontractors and vendors
• Manage office maintenance, supplies, equipment, and general administrative support
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation compliance
Qualifications / Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative or branch support role
• Basic knowledge of general accounting principles and processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Previous experience in the construction, industrial, or oil and gas industry is considered an asset
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
• Commitment to performing all duties in a safety-conscious manner
