Job Description
- Lead the development and use of automation tools and scripts to improve product health and engineering efficiency;
- Develop comprehensive test plans based on product strategies and lead review sessions with cross-functional teams;
- Define and promote new test frameworks, preconditions, and reporting functions to enable effective functionality testing;
- Drive initiatives to create new or improve existing test infrastructure for increased productivity in test development and deployment;
- Influence product design and the release cycle by participating in design reviews and contributing to code quality; and Analyze test outcomes, debug failures, and synthesize data into actionable insights for engineering and product stakeholders. International Travel Required
