Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Engineer to lead service delivery across Jordan. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical expertise with team management responsibility.
Responsibilities
Responsible for installation, commissioning, and support of advanced X-ray systems while leading a team of engineers to deliver high-quality service and meet customer SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Field Service Engineers
- Manage service operations and resource planning
- Ensure maintenance is delivered within SLA
- Interface with customers on system performance
- Oversee installations and commissioning
- Troubleshoot complex systems and provide technical guidance
- Perform failure analysis and produce reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years field service experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Team leadership capability
- Customer-facing communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
Desirable
- Experience with X-ray or high-voltage systems
- PLC programming knowledge
- Windows systems experience
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools
