Assistant Restaurant Manager - American Diner Longford Forest | Circa €37,300 per annum plus tips Huck's American Bar and Grill brings bold, flavour-packed American dishes and a warm welcome. Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one Lead and coach the team to deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving financial targets. This role requires supervisory-level catering or bar management experience, strong leadership, financial awareness and communication skills.
