We’re looking for a high-performing District Sales Manager to lead our Neurology business across the Netherlands primarily focusing on the Southern region. You’ll take ownership of a well-defined territory, selling advanced neurodiagnostic systems (EEG, EMG, PSG) and building long-term relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers.

What you’ll do
Own and grow sales of capital equipment and consumables across the Netherlands
Build strong relationships with clinicians, procurement, and hospital leadership
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → demo → negotiation → close
Deliver impactful product demonstrations and clinical evaluations
Develop and execute a territory growth strategy aligned with business goals
Collaborate with Clinical Application Specialists and internal teams
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate CRM (Salesforce) reporting
Provide market insights and identify new business opportunities
Support installations, user training, and ongoing customer success
What you bring
Experience in medical device or capital equipment sales
Strong consultative selling skills and stakeholder management
Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles
Commercial mindset with strong ownership and resilience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Structured, organised, and results-driven approach
Degree in business, life sciences, or technical field (preferred)
Fluent Dutch and a professional level of English is essential
💡 Experience in EEG, EMG, PSG or neurophysiology is a strong plus
