Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and treatment plans
• Work closely with the Physical Therapist to support patient progress
• Document treatments and resident responses accurately
• Encourage safe mobility and independence

Qualifications:

• Active PTA license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply!
